Career Summary
Jacob is a Commercial Specialist who concentrates his efforts on office and land transactions. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis|Martens Commercial Group in 2006, Jacob owned and operated a construction company involved in new home construction and remodel of single-family homes, serving as the general contractor. He is a supporter of the Wichita Art Museum, and serves on the Marketing and Image Enhancement Committee for the Wichita Downtown Development Corporation. Jacob is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
